Island Senior Resources

Our mission is to share the joys and help meet the challenges of aging in our Island County communities by providing integrated programs and services. We envision an interwoven community in which aging adults, adults with disabilities, and those who care for them are supported to live with dignity.

We improve access to services for aging adults that foster mental and physical health, social connection, positive interdependence, learning, self-care, intergenerational interaction, and aging-in-place. Our programs and services include: Aging and Disability Resources, Nutrition (including Meals on Wheels), Medical Transportation, Medicaid In-Home Care Case Management, Medicare and Social Security advising, Support Groups, and two free Medical Equipment Lending Libraries.
